This 3 bedroom ground floor apartment locates in the heart of the resort, next to the driving range and a few meters away from the Clubhouse. It’s very bright, with plenty of day light coming in.
The master bedroom has a double bed and has its own private bathroom with bathtub. The two other bedrooms with two single beds each, shared the bathroom on hallway, also with bathtub.
The kitchen is quite spacious and it’s fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It has a very practical serving hatch to the dining area and also a small private patio aside.
The living/dining room has french doors giving access to the shared garden and pool (heated from May to September). The living room has two very confortable sofas and a harm chair, flat screen television, free wi-fi, Hi-Fi system. The dining room has a large wooden table with 8 chairs. This apartment locates in a central area of the resort, at about 200 meters from the Clubhouse and faces the driving range.
It is a ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to communal garden and swimming pool. One has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other one two single beds sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom that faces the driving range, with also two single beds. The spacious and bright living/dining room is completely furnished with a 3 seat sofa, 2 chairs, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi Internet, table and chairs for 6. The French doors give direct access to terrace with garden table and chairs as well as sun loungers.

This bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is centrally located within Praia d’el Rey Golf and beach Resort. The open plan living and dining room has folding back french doors which open to a terrace with outside dining for 6. Views are over the gardens to the large swimming pool. This terrace is also accessible through french doors from the master bedroom.
The second bedroom with twin beds also open to a sunny terrace and there is a third double bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a second full bathroom plus a WC. This kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and there is free WiFi as well.
Aldeia Portucale comprises 36 two and three-bedroom apartments located between the clubhouse and the driving range and within 10 minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beach. All the apartments here benefit from wifi and have lovely views over the landscaped gardens towards the first fairway. There is a large pool with a separate children’s pool which is heated from May until the end of September. There are communal barbecues within the gardens for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking immediately in front of Aldeia Portucale and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge. Although these apartments are under contract from May to October there are sometimes vacancies, so please email to check the availability if you would like to book this during the summer.
