Each of the four bedrooms is uniquely styled to offer a restful retreat. The first floor features three bedrooms—two with queen-size (double) beds and one with two twin beds—all offering pool and beach views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a Sonos portable speaker, a 32” flatscreen Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and a private balcony with cozy seating overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, includes a queen-size (double) bed, 43” flatscreen Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and has an ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the pool and kitchen.

The villa’s spacious, open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, combining a sleek, high-end kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen, with black cabinetry and white countertops, is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dual-temperature wine fridge, and a MoccaMaster ground coffee machine with an Aerolatte milk frother for that perfect cappuccino. (Instructions provided!) Additional appliances include a toaster, kettle, rice cooker, juicer, Vitamix blender, stand mixer, a multi-use hand blender/chopper, and two hair dryers. There is also air conditioning throughout the villa.

The dining and living areas comfortably seat 8, with floor to ceiling windows filling the space with sunlight. The lounge area features a 75” flatscreen Smart TV, a Sonos sound system, and a selection of popular board games for entertainment.

Step outside to the private pool area with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a sofa, dining table with 8 chairs, and two barbecues (Weber gas and built-in charcoal), perfect for al fresco meals under the sun or stars.

For added fun, the basement features a ping pong table. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink, and an electric car charging outlet.

The villa also features an incredible rooftop terrace with a sofa lounge—an idyllic spot for sunset views over the Praia D’El Rey resort.

Amazing 5 bedroom villa with private pool and garden facing the ocean in the Vila da Praia condominium

Moments from the beach and designed to make the most of the spectacular view, the Beach House at Praia Del Rey is the perfect holiday home. This Portugal beach villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and in addition, there is also a sofa bed, fine for children or extra guests.

Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. There are ample sofas and a log burning stove and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double fridge-freezer and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom also on this floor, with ensuite shower room, has fabulous views across the ocean.

On ground floor you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows giving direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed, so are suitable for couples or people sharing. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.

Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.

Set on a quite location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished first line 4-bedroom villa, with stunning views to golf course,  Atlantic Ocean and Hotel.

On ground floor you will find one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The spacious living room with large doors giving access to the terrace, has a nice sofa sitting 3 and another three comfortable chairs. The dining area set between the living room and kitchen has a round table, chairs for 8 people and views to the fantastic golf course and sea. This apartment is located within the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean, with the beach easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross. There is also a big shared pool, usually heated from May to September, available for the use of our guests.

When you first enter the apartment, you’ll find a wide entrance hall. Just ahead is the living and dining room, a very spacious area with two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 6 people and 3 high chairs. Large french doors give access to the terrace overlooking the pool, with outside dining for a meal outside.

Through the dining area you can access the kitchen, which is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron board, iron and hairdryer available.

Through the hallway you’ll find the two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the living room balcony; the second bedroom by the entrance has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom in the hallway.

The Beach Village is situated on the very end of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. The beach is a short stroll on the boardwalk through the sand dunes.
