This spacious, bright and sunny townhouse has lovely views over the sand dunes to the beach and the ocean. There is a large heated swimming pool just next to the townhouse, making it the perfect location for a family holiday at Praia d’el Rey.

A large terrace wraps around the front and the side of Villa Berlenga giving stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Equipped with 6 sunloungers, a large parasol and outside dining for 6, the townhouse is perfect for enjoying the ocean views and relaxing in the sun. The beach is a short stroll on the boardwalk through the sand dunes.

Inside, the property is furnished in a comfortable but contemporary style with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor and have French doors with Juliette balconies to make the most of the stunning views and the silver coast sunshine. This 2 bedroom townhouse is situated within the private and gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and access to three large shared swimming pools. Casa d’el Rey has a private terrace leading to the lawn before you reach the large swimming pool, with majestic palm trees framing its view.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a spacious living room with double patio doors that open out onto the terrace, from which you can easily watch the children in the pool. The living and dining room has two comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, and a dining table for 6 people.

The hallway next to the dining area will take you to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Both bedrooms have twin divan type beds (easy to combine into a double bed if required). Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool, located in calm area of the resort

Entering the villa brings you into a large open plan living and dining area with views through 2 sets of french doors to the swimming pool beyond. Bright and attractively furnished in shades of cream and orange the living room is comfortably furnished with 2 soft leather sofas and a flat screen television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need during your stay including washer / dryer and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom with french doors which open out to the pool and garden. The bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower.

Upstairs a large balcony runs along the length of the villa looking down to the swimming pool and garden and is a great spot for relaxing in the sunshine. A large double bedroom furnished in shades of aqua opens out to the balcony through a large set of french doors. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom with a double bed also opens out to the large balcony through french doors. The bedroom is attractively furnished in shades of chocolate and pale pink and the ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The added bonus at Vila Branca is a second living room with 2 sofas, a second television and a table tennis table. The fourth bedroom is off the second living room and has 2 single beds. This bedroom also has an additional single bed which can be used if needed. There is also a bathroom with a shower next to this bedroom.

Outside there are sun loungers, and outside dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. The pool can be heated on request at an additional charge per week. The pool is a good size with steps at one end that lead down to a shallow end before it descends to a deeper section. The pool is saltwater and not chlorine so Vila Branca is also a great choice for those that have sensitive skin or just don’t like the smell of chlorine!

A beautiful landscaped garden circles the property, with green bushes, lawns and small trees, giving you privacy while enjoying the private pool (which can be heated, requiring an additional payment). There is also private off-street parking available.

The living room is bright and stylishly decorated, with two large comfortable sofas and two armchairs surrounding the TV and woodburner. The dining area just beside it has seating for 6 people. Large french doors give access to the terrace with a built-in barbeque, outside dining and lounge area facing the pool. There are sunloungers available for the use of the guests. The garden surrounding the property is larger than average, making it a perfect spaces for families with children.

The kitchen is modern and sunny, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. You can also access the exterior through a door in the kitchen.

Bright 2 bedroom townhouse, located in a secluded area of the Resort, with access to shared swimming pool

This 2 bedroom townhouse is minutes away from the beach, set in a secluded area of the Praia d’el Rey Resort, with peaceful surroundings overlooking the countryside and the ocean.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a wide entrance hall that leads you to a bedroom and a bathroom on the left, the living and dining room and the kitchen in front, and stairs to the upper floor on the right. The living and dining room is spacious and decorated in shades of brown, with a large comfortable sofa and two armchairs facing the fireplace and TV. The dining area has seating for 6 people. There are large french doors leading to the exterior patio with a barbeque, dining area and sunloungers.

Through the living room you can access the kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

The master bedroom on the first floor has a large en-suite bathroom and two balconies off opposite sides of the room. On one side, the balcony looks over fields and countryside to the ocean and the Berlenga islands in the distance, and is a fantastic sheltered sun-trap. On the other side the balcony overlooks the large swimming pool.

The second bedroom is on the ground-floor, by the entrance, set with two single beds and a large wardrobe and access to the bathroom just next to it.

Burgo D. Afonso IV is a small cluster of townhouses set at the top of a small hill, with its own large shared pool (normally heated from May to September). A private road leads to the houses, so there is no passing traffic. Parking spaces are available in front of each property. There is a large communal garden surrounding the pool just behind the properties.

The condominium is situated in a secluded area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the golf course, and located at about a 10 minute walk from the Club House and the first tee. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

Two bedroom apartment with access to shared heated pool, situated near the resort entrance

This lovely second-floor apartment is conveniently situated close to the resort entrance, in Aldeia das Caravelas, with access to a shared pool and adjoining toddler pool, centrally positioned within the beautifully laid out gardens and supplied with sun loungers. The pool is heated from May until September.

The spacious living/dining room with fireplace has one very comfortable sofa and two large arm chairs surrounding a fireplace and flat screen TV. The dining table seats six people. Large doors on both sides of the room give access to balconies decorated with greenery, each set with exterior tables, sharing the chairs for a nice meal outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a barbecue in the balcony. There you’ll also find a small table that seats 4 people, perfect for breakfast in the morning.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with generous storage provision and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower in the hallway.

Set within landscaped gardens of pine trees, shrubs and lawns, Aldeia das Caravelas is a cluster of apartments situated at the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.
