This beautiful two-floor villa is warmly decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and trees surround the house, giving it a relaxing getaway feeling and allowing you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool.

On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, with two very confortable sofas and two armchairs facing the TV and woodburner, and a glass dining table for 8 people. From the dining area you can access the kitchen, completely refurbished and equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Two of the bedroom are also on the ground floor, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, the other one with two single beds and access to bathroom with shower in the hallway. Both bedrooms have doors giving access to the exterior patios.

Villarey Golf & Beach is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor, located in Afonso V condominium

Recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom apartment is situated within Burgo D. Afonso V, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one towards the entrance of the apartment.

As you enter the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms on the left. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small desk, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom has two beds, one double (140cm) and one single bed.

The living and dining room is nicely decorated, bright and spacious thanks to its open floor plan. The living room has two confortable sofas facing the TV and woodburner. Just behind it is the dining area, with a table for 6 people, in case you wish to invite some friends for a drink or meal.

Also open to the living and dining area, the kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen, you can access aother very nice balcony with an outdoor dining space and a barbeque.

Burgo D. Afonso V is a small cluster of 23 apartments, with its own large shared pool (normally heated from May to September) and joined children’s pool. There are communal barbeques within the beautiful landscaped gardens, for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking in the front and back of the apartment buildings, and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.

The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the golf course, and located at about 200 meters from the Club House and the first tee. Entering the house brings you in to a bright entrance lobby filled with natural light from the skylight. The large open plan living and dining room has two comfortable sofas facing the TV and wood-burning stove, ideal for holidays in the Spring and Autumn. The dining area has space for 6 people. Two sets of french doors open out to the terrace and the large lawn area that wraps around the house.

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and with french doors that open out to the terrace. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has french doors which open out to a large balcony with views over the golf course, taking in the spire of the Marriott Hotel and with the ocean in the distance. There is also a ‘secret’ terrace, well screened to ensure it is a real sun trap.

The property has access to the shared infinity pool of the condominium just beside it, Burgo D. Sancho II.

The garden and specifically the boundary with the golf course is left very natural. At the time of taking these photos the boundary hedging grasses had just been cut back ready for fresh growth but it is important to point out, especially if you have very young children, that the boundary is a chain link boundary line with planting on either side.

2 bedroom apartment in a small condominium with access to shared pool and barbeque

Adjacent to the 7th green, this two bedroom first floor apartment, is well placed for all the areas and activities the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort has to offer. Spacious and comfortably furnished, there are three balconies offering a variety of sunbathing spots and views over the gardens and pine trees.

The living room, furnished in shades of sand and dusky pink with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, is very bright as the 2 sets of french doors let the sunshine in for most of the day, opening out to a long balcony running the width of the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and espresso machine, and looks over the shared swimming pool next to the apartment. From the front door, stairs will take you down to the shared pool.

There are two bedrooms: the large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with outside dining; the second bedroom is set with two single beds, and overlooks the golf course next to the house.

Set within landscaped gardens of pine trees, shrubs and lawns, Burgo D. Manuel Golfe is a small cluster of apartments situated at the entrance of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.
