On enterring the villa you come into a spacious and bright entrance hall. In front of you is the open plan living and dining room with 3 sets of french doors that lead you outside to your private swimming pool and the garden. The living and dining area is styles in shades of sand and beige echoing the beach and sandunes just a short walk away. Outside is a lawn area plus a large terrace with outside dining for 6, and built in barbecue.

The living room is bright and sunny and there is also a working fire-place with a woodburner making this an ideal choice for winter or mid-season holidays. The kitchen is very modern in style with contemporary styling, but is also equipped with everything you could need during your holiday.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on the first floor. From the master bedroom step out to a good sized sunny terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book in the afternoon sun. All the bedrooms are flexible and the beds can be prepared as a double or kept as single beds. The bathrooms are all contemporary in style while also offering a bath or a step-in shower.

Pool heating is included for July and August but is an optional extra at other times of the year, charged at €125 per week.
