This is a very nice 3 bedroom apartment on ground floor next to the shared swimming pool, perfect for families with children. The apartment is completely furnished and has everything needed for your holiday. The living/dining room has a sofa a large sofa seating 5 and a one seat sofa, TV and DVD player, a dining table and seats for 6 and French windows to sunny patio with table and chairs for an nice meal outside. All three bedrooms have two single beds each and large fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom has large doors to the patio. The other two bedrooms (one of them with TV) share a bathroom on hallway. The kitchen with view to swimming pool, is well-equipped, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer, toaster and kettle. There are sun loungers available belonging to the apartment to use around the pool. The apartment is about 3 minutes walking to shop and tennis courts, and 10 minutes walking to children’s playground and Clubhouse. The beach is at about 15 minutes walking. |
