We do regular visits to your property to ensure all appliances and equipments are working. Dehumidifiers are emptied twice a week as well as
mailbox on each property visit. We check if all lights bulbs and batteries are working properly and replace them whenever needed.

We will pay directly from your account with us all utility bills, council tax (IMI), income tax (IRS), condominium, insurance, fiscal representation and others. We suggest all bills related to your holiday property are paid from the same account so you know exactly how much is costing you.
